According to current consensus the pepsinogen I, pepsinogen II and Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody plasma tests are the best non-invasive tests to identify gastric cancer risk groups (Maastricht IV/Florence in consensus meeting in 2010. Malfertheiner P. et al. Gut 2012;61:646-64). The same result of 90 percent consensus was reached by 39 voting delegates in Kyoto in January 2015 (Kentaro S et al. Gut 2015;64:9 1353-1367).
